Watercolor paint is a translucent, high colored pigmentation. Dissolve the paint with water, and apply with a brush. You can create nice natural watercolor effect like flowers, marbling, abstract nail art, etc.
Watercolor needs to work on matte surface, best is with our Non-Wipe Matte Top Coat (RA26).

Curing times 30 seconds (time depends on strength of LED/UV lamp)
