EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

All items sold are not refundable due to nature of products.

In case of item defect, please notify us via email within 30 calendar days of delivered date with order number, item and defect description/images. We will contact and arrange replacement item with you as soon possible.

In event replacement item is not available, store discount code equivalent to purchase amount will be issued. If discount was applied during purchase, amount will apportion accordingly.
