Shipping policy

ORDER AND PAYMENT

  • Please ensure you have read the description and chosen the correct items before checking out, the order is final once completed. 

  • Do ensure the name, contact number, and mailing address are complete and accurate. We are not responsible if order is lost or delayed due to incomplete or wrong address provided. 

  • If you have a discount code, please input the code to apply the discount before checkout, as adding discount after checkout is not possible.

  • Order will be processed within 1-3 working days (exclude Sat/Sun and Public Holiday) and you will received the email confirmation and payment instruction.

  • Shipment will be arranged upon receiving your payment.

  • If you have any question, please contact us by leaving a message, or via email or WhatsApp, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

SHIPMENT (SINGAPORE)

  • Standard courier are handled by courier upon receiving full payment within 1-2 working days (exclude Sat/Sun and Public Holiday).

  • Standard courier fee is SGD4.50 per single transaction. Free shipping if total order amount exceeds SGD120.

  • Please make the necessary arrangement to collect the delivery, and contact the courier service to rearrangement or reschedule if required.

  • Upon receiving the parcel, please check and notify us via email with order number if there are missing or wrong item(s) delivered within 5 working days, and we will make the necessary correction.

  • We will notify customer via email if the parcel is returned to NailDesu. Cost of re-delivery shall be borne by customer unless the reason was due to our error.

  • Returned parcel that is unclaimed 30 days after email notification is sent to customer shall be repossessed by NailDesu, no refund shall be made.

SELF-COLLECTION (SINGAPORE)

  • If you wish to pick up your order at our store, please read our collection policy.

  • Collection Date/Time is Mon-Sun 11am - 7pm, and require to make prior arrangement and confirmation via WhatsApp from NailDesu. 

  • Upon completion of payment, we will send you an notification email once your order is ready collection at our store.

  • A follow-up email will be sent to remind you of the collection if you did not collect within 3 days after the first notification. 

  • For order that is not collected after the grace period of 30 days from first notification, we will treat it as "uncollected" and shall be repossessed by NailDesu, no refund shall be made.

  • Please contact us for assistance if you wish to change to delivery option within the grace period.

SHIPMENT (INTERNATIONAL)

  • When ordering outside of Singapore, you are responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country. 

  • The shipment may be subject to import taxes, customer duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for custom clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.

  • Custom policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customer office for more information. 

  • Non-Delivery/Returned Parcel handling and policies under SHIPMENT (SINGAPORE) apply, please read the section carefully.

  • We are working on international delivery fees. If your location is not available in our store, please contact us by leaving a message, or via email providing your shipping address country and city, and we will prioritize shipping arrangement and get back to you as soon as possible.
