Watercolor paint is a translucent, high colored pigmentation contain with pearly shimmer.
Usage
The paint dissolves when you add water allowing the pigment to spread with a brush, you can create nice natural watercolor effect, flowers, marbling, abstract nail art, etc.
Watercolor need to work on matte surface, best is with our Non-Wipe Matte Top Coat (Grey Bottle).

Don't need to cure, naturally dry after water evaporate.
